You will find that each region has a variation of enchiladas, tacos, tamales, and "guisados", but all coincide in these basic elements: corn, chilies, and tomato.
Our family's roots are in Jalisco, the state that gave Mexico and the world the mariachis and tequila. It is the essence and flavor from Jalisco that we share in every dish we carefully prepare.
